Hi, I’m Julian.
I have worked in the health and fitness industry for over 14 years helping people just like you achieve their goals through Functional Fitness Training and Rehabilitation.
A little more about me…..
I have always enjoyed being active and my childhood passion for sport lead me to pursue a career in sports coaching whilst competing at a high level in both football and athletics. Coaching sport highlighted my passion and talent of helping others to progress which soon expanded to the health and fitness industry.
Throughout my years working in various gyms and sports facilities in both the UK and the USA, I have worked with people of all ages and abilities from different cultures and backgrounds. No matter whom the individual and how large or small their goals, I have enjoyed motivating and supporting them to achieve their full potential and success.
I have since grown to be an exercise enthusiast and advocate of functional training and research. During my ongoing education, I have authored research papers looking at the effects of ageing and exercise interventions on functional movement skills, the effects of age-related growth on functional movement, as well as investigating the benefits of exercise interventions for long-term injuries.
And when I’m not working or studying… I LOVE TO HAVE FUN!
