Only took part in casual fitness before working wih Julian
Aims to improve all around strenth and be able to do an unassisted handstand and pull up
Has seen improvements in muscle tone cardio and strength and loves the feeling after a good workout!
I used to do running and skipping, but wanted to focus more on muscle groups and weight training so knew I needed to find somebody to guide me through the process.
I’ve improved the definition in my arms and core strength, but also my leg strength.
Training has been great! Julian keeps pushing me and each workout leaves me feeling motivated and strong!
