Still improves on a weekly basis and continues to master new exercises
Is now working towards as unsupported handstand as her balance and upper bocy strength continues to improve
I started training for the same reson as most people, I wanted to get fitter!
Training with Julian I feel like I am getting a little bit stronger each time, I can now lift heavier weights and my balancing is improving the more that I practise.
Julian makes me work a lot harder than I would if training by myself, he really pushes me.
