  • Began training with FAR Fitness to tone up

  • With a combination of tailored exercise plans and 1-2-1 training has  improved her strength and seen physical improvements in her physique

  • Now really enjoys weightlifting and in particular SQUATS!

I’ve been training with Julian for nearly a year now.

Before starting I was pretty sure we were going to make progress and I can defiantly see progress in my arms and legs.

I have definitely toned up and shaped up so I am very happy about that
