Started training as his heart rate was increasing as a result of an inactive lifestyle
After just a few weeks has seen significant improvements in his cardio fitness
Wanted to get exercise expertise considering his history of injuries
I started training as I had gone a few years without going to the gym. I felt like aches and pains were catching up with me.
I needed a trainer as I don’t really have any willpower of my own, but also as I’d had a few injuries over the years so wanted to help with those and have all round better fitness.
It’s been only a few weeks and I’m really pleased with the progress so far.
