  • Is now able to work pain free and continues to progress with her fitness exercising regularly

After getting sick it was recommended by doctors that I take on some exercise

I picked Julian because when I was looking for a Personal Trainer I needed somebody specialising in recovery because I have hurt my back and needed to recover to a point in which I am able to live a life without pain.

The ultimate goal is to be able to trek Machu Picchu on my own!
