Came to FAR Fitness for Exercise Rehabilitation and Functional Training following a spinal cord injury
Has made great improvements in her strength, core stability and functional ability
Trains with Julian 2x per week and is continuing to progress!
I am still training with Julian and am really enjoying it!
I can see that I am progressing with the new programme that he has done for me. In the past year I feel much stronger, I have gained an extra 2kg in muscle and I still look forward to training more and more!
